Agoura
Hills is located between the San Fernando Valley and
the Conejo Valley along the 101 Freeway. By car, it
is very easy to get to Los Angeles and the beaches
of Malibu are only 8 miles away. Shopping is excellent,
with many newer shopping districts. Thousand Oaks
is only a few freeway minutes away.
The
housing is newer and middle to upper end. For years,
everyone has dreaded commuting the famously snarled
101 Freeway, however, with just a little juggling
of your schedule, the commute is not bad at all. Fresh
breezes and low crime make this a very desirable place
to live.
Malibou
Lake is not within the city boundaries, however is
often included as being part of Agoura Hills. There
are homes surrounding the lake, if you are looking
for a seriously secluded spot.
