Arleta
is located in the middle of the San Fernando Valley.
It is just off the 5 Freeway and a few miles south
of the 118 Freeway. If you commute south on the 5
Freeway, you will find the morning commute to be a
little slow. If you can use the 118 Freeway, it usually
flies right through.
House
prices are at the lower end of the price range and
many of the houses were built in the late 1950's.
There are a few condominium and townhomes projects,
but not many. A carefully chosen home will see your
dollars go very far.
Most
of the regional shopping centers are located in neighboring
communities. Jobs are close by.
