Hidden Hills is an incorporated city located at the southwest corner of the San Fernando Valley. It is a unique city that is completely gate guarded and all properties are zoned for horse use. There are extensive riding trails throughout the city. As private as this city is, it is just minutes (seconds, really) from 101 freeway access from the private gates.

The land area of the city is only 2 square miles and has a population of just under 2000, yet Hidden Hills is known across the country. There was a television series fictionally based there that was on the air in 2002. One of it's most significant claims is this city has one of the highest per capita household incomes in the country.

As you can tell from the above description, Hidden Hills is a city designed for the upper end of the economic spectrum. Housing ranges from high upper end to spectacular.
