If
you have clients moving into or out of the San Fernando
Valley or Conejo Valley areas of Southern California
we will do everything in our power to satisfy your clients
needs and wishes while making you look like a genius.
They'll know you care!
We
will give them the "Sold Medal"
treatment (better than red carpet) and pay you a 25%
referral fee of the gross commission. If we arrange
the financing for them as well, you will also receive
25% of that commission. We have to put a time limit
on this, so let's say the transaction must close within
12 months of the referral date. If you think it could
possibly take longer, just let us know up front.
